SCTC offers several options for paying your bill.
Pay by Phone for SCTC Bill
If your Account Number begins with 0464, you can call 1-833-735-2241.
Pay your bill any time by using SCTC's new interactive phone payment system - a free service to all customers.
Simply call 1-833-735-2241 and follow the prompts. Please have your account number from your bill ready.
**You will not need to enter the first leading 0 (zero) into the system when going online or paying by phone!**

If your Account Number begins with 0474, you can call 1-833-735-2242.
Pay your bill any time by using PVEC Fiber's new interactive phone payment system - a free service to all customers. Simply call 1-833-735-2242 and follow the prompts. Please have your account number from your bill ready.
**You will not need to enter the first leading 0 (zero) into the system when going online or paying by phone!**
Automatic Payments/Deductions
There are two ways to setup automatic monthly payments:

Sign up through our online payment portal.
You can make automatic payments with a credit card or checking account. When setting up automatic checking/ACH payments, you must submit a signed voided check.
Pay Online
Our new Payment Portal is live! We are now offering the option to make a one-time payment, as well as, a guided chatbot to help you along the way with your one-time payment!
You can pay online anytime through our online payment portal with a credit card or checking account. Debit or credit card payments accepted for balances/transactions under $500.00.
When signing up for the first time to use the payment portal, you will need the Account Number from your bill.
